Delays can occur due to not having all of the required information so please let me know your personal message, ribbon colour, wedding date & address at the the time of ordering. Any postal delays & strikes will be announced as soon as possible. All items are shipped 2nd class recorded mail via Royal Mail as standard unless otherwise arranged. 

Due to each item being bespoke, refunds & returns cannot happen for the following reasons.

a) Where the buyer has simply changed their mind

b) Where the buyer has made an error such as spelling and addresses

c) Where the buyer hasn't read the lead time of production & delivery correctly

d) When the buyer initiates a return/refund after the wedding/event has taken place
